If customs charges occur, please note that the buyer is 100% responsible for these fees.  The KOHA Beauty Company is not responsible for customs charges.  If you are unsure please do check with your local authority on what (if any) the charges are.

If you have any problems with your order, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible so that we sort it out for you. We would like to ensure all of our customers are happy and we will always try our best to resolve any issues that come up.

R E F U N D S  +  E X C H A N G E S

We will happily offer a replacement or a credit note for certain circumstances within 7 days of purchase. Please send us an email detailing the issue and any photos if needs be.  You can contact us at sales@kohabeauty.co.uk with any concerns regarding an order so that we can resolve it.  If any items need to be returned, the cost will be the responsibility of the customer.  Our main priority at KOHA Beauty is that you are happy with your purchase and we will work hard at ensuring we resolve any issue you may have with your order.
