SHIPPING

UK DELIVERIES

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.  All standard deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail and once shipped, can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.​ FREE standard UK delivery will be applied to all orders over £50. We cannot refund items that have been lost in transit or items that have been marked as delivered but not received. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is dispatched (usually between 1-3 working days). 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders will be sent with Royal Mail or via courier.  Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. Orders sent to the rest of the world take between 10-15 days

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs and the customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. 

REFUNDS + RETURNS

We hope that you will be happy with your KOHA order but if there are any issues please get in touch with us at hello@kohabeauty.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We would like to ensure all of our customers are happy and we will always try our best to resolve any issues that come up.  Please keep in mind that our products are handmade and as such will have slight variations (example in the colour) from batch to batch.  If you have any questions with regards to your order, please feel free to get in touch at hello@kohabeauty.co.uk

We will refund products that are damaged in transit and that have not been used if photographic evidence is provided.  We cannot refund products that have been used.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your items, please return them unused in their original packaging.  Please note the buyer is responsible for return costs.
