It is a great way to give your hair a boost. Still not convinced, well think of hair masks like intensive super concentrated hair conditioners that work in pretty much the same way a face mask would, providing benefits such as smoothing, hydrating, nourishing, adding nutrients to the hair and even a boost to grow. It is used less frequently than the usual in-shower conditioner bars and are usually left in the hair from anywhere between 10-40 minutes depending on the treatment and some even stay on overnight!
